Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
3.4 One Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold one registered account on no555 at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing a self-exclusion, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, no555 reserves the right to close all related accounts and void any associated winnings.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified by no555 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your no555 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. no555 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to maintain adequate security.
4.2 Notification of Breach. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify no555's support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. We will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily freeze the account pending resolution.
4.3 Account Currency. All no555 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and winnings are displayed and processed in PKR. no555 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. no555 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts as notified to Players in advance. If an account balance reaches zero after applicable fees, the account may be closed.
4.5 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining Real Funds balance will be returned to your verified payment method subject to standard KYC and AML checks. Bonus Funds at the time of closure are forfeited.

5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your no555 account balance in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. no555 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.
5.3 Minimum & Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard and may be adjusted by no555 at any time.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Verified withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 30 minutes. Withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within a few hours. Processing times may be extended in exceptional circumstances including but not limited to regulatory review, AML screening, or technical issues.
5.5 Withdrawal to Same Method. no555 operates a same-source withdrawal policy. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value, subject to operational limitations. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and financial fraud.
5.6 Transaction Fees. no555 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges, for which no555 bears no responsibility.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by no555 are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside each individual promotion. 6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion will automatically expire and be removed from your account balance without notice. Wagering progress associated with expired bonuses is also forfeited.
